Stäubli Robotics announces new strategic partnership with RIXAN Associates, Inc
   

 Duncan, SC -- 6/3/09 - Stäubli Robotics (http://www.staublirobotics.com) manufacturers of innovative and technologically advanced industrial, painting and cleanroom robots, announces a new strategic partnership with Rixan Associates, Inc. which will concentrate on co-sales and marketing activities in the central states.

This new partnership will provide turn-key robotic automation, engineering services, components, software and training. Both partners will take advantage of each others strengths and resources thus able to provide customers with reliable automation solutions.

Mitsubishi introduces new            "SD-Series" Robots

Rixan is pleased to introduce Mitsubishi’s new “SD-Series” robots. These robots replace the earlier “N”, “E”, “EN” and “S” models. The robots have been modernized to interface with the latest communication technology. Standard features include: CE mark on arm and controller, (UL certification is also available), Ethernet Interface, USB Interface, Serial Interface, Encoder Interface, Additional Axis Interface, Plug-and-Play I/O modules, Improved Safety and Emergency Stop I/O functions, Improved Teaching Pendants with larger, up to VGA 640 x 480 touch panel displays – USB controller memory data back-up with IP65 protection.
